Position: Insurance Executive

KIMS Holding Company B.S.C (C) is a leading company in Doha, Qatar that specializes in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Executive to join our team.

As an Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with the best insurance solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the insurance market and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with suitable solutions

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to determine appropriate insurance coverage for clients

- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with insurance companies on behalf of clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Monitor and track insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate processing

- Prepare and present reports to management on sales and performance metrics

- Attend networking events and conferences to expand the company's client base

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and market trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Valid insurance license is preferred
